Do you offer personalised shopping services?

Do you offer fittings in-store?

Payment & Pricing

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and AfterPay.

All Prices Are in AUD—What If I’m Ordering from Overseas?

  • Prices are displayed in AUD and will convert to your local currency at checkout based on the latest exchange rates.

Shipping & Tracking

How Can I Track My Order?

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status. Simply click the link to follow your package.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and method chosen. We offer free express shipping on:
  • Orders over $100 within Australia; and
  • Orders over $300 outside of Australia

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday) and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Does Cloud Blvd offer fast shipping / next day delivery of lingerie?

  • Yes, Cloud Blvd offers fast shipping on all lingerie orders. For customers within major metro areas, next-day delivery is available, ensuring you can enjoy your luxury lingerie without delay. Express shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Does Cloud Blvd offer plain/ discreet packaging & shipping?

  • Yes, Cloud Blvd values your privacy and offers discreet packaging on all orders. Your items will arrive in plain, nondescript white packaging, so you can shop with complete confidence— our discreet packaging means only you will know what’s inside.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer easy returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving the item, provided they are unworn, with tags attached, and in their original condition.

What Is the Returns Process for International Orders?

  • The same return process as above applies for all International Orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel an order.
  • However, if you reach out to online@cloudblvd.com.au as soon as possible, we can try our best to assist you.

How Do I Care for My Cloud Blvd Products?

  • To ensure your Cloud Blvd garments last, follow our care instructions carefully. Most pieces should be cold hand washed with a gentle detergent and laid flat to dry in the shade. Avoid high heat, soaking, or tumble drying, which may damage the fabric.
