Need to return your order? Cloud Blvd offers returns within 21 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition with tags attached. Returns Policy & Criteria

For hygiene reasons and due to the intimate nature of certain garments, hosiery, bottoms, and bodysuits are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit unless deemed faulty. Please also take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, including marks, stains, makeup residue, perfume, or odours.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item meets our return criteria, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

To begin your return, please lodge your request through our Returns Portal. Once your return has been approved and received by our team, your refund or store credit will be processed according to the return type selected.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to high demand and limited stock availability. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued minus original shipping costs. This allows you to place a new order for a different size, colour, or style before items sell out.

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used online or in-store at Cloud Blvd boutiques.

Faulty or damaged items

We take great care in checking each garment before dispatch to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal and include a brief description along with clear photos of the issue.

Once received, our team will assess the item and contact you as soon as possible. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, Cloud Blvd may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the nature of the fault and product availability.

Please note that damage caused by general wear and tear, incorrect garment care, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Incorrect item received

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact our team at online@cloudblvd.com.au or submit a request through our Returns Portal as soon as possible.

Include your order number along with clear photos of the item received, and our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returning part of a bundle or set

If you would like to return part of a bundle, set, or multi-item promotion, please lodge your return through the Returns Portal using the full bundle as prompted by the system. You only need to physically send back the item/s you wish to return. Once your return request has been submitted, please email our team at online@cloudblvd.com.au with your order number and details of the specific item/s being returned so we can make a note on your order before processing your return. All returned items must meet our standard return conditions, including being unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Returning sale items

Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Any eligible sale items returned in accordance with our policy may be issued as store credit only.

Cloud Blvd does not offer price adjustments for prior purchases made before promotional or sale periods.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Once your return request has been submitted through the Returns Portal, you will be guided through the return shipping process and provided with a return label where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Cloud Blvd is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. Original shipping costs and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Processing time

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return is delivered to our warehouse for your return to be assessed and processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
