Yes. All Cloud Blvd orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contexts on the outside of the parcel. Your order will arrive securely packaged for privacy and discretion.
The sender name on shipping labels is kept minimal and does not reference lingerie products.
All Cloud Blvd orders are shipped from Australia. If you are ordering from outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout. As customs policies vary between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding potential charges.
We are required by law to declare the full value of all international orders and may include an invoice with your shipment for customs clearance purposes.

During promotional periods, collection launches, public holidays and sales events processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

All Cloud Blvd orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service with Signature Required where available.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbours, reception desks, or your local post office, as parcels may sometimes be left in a safe location or held for collection.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby collection point or post office. In some cases, delivery preferences can be managed directly through the courier once tracking has been issued.

Please note that Cloud Blvd is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
