Returns Policy (old)
To lodge a request for a return for store credit, please use our returns portal by clicking here.
Please choose carefully, as for hygiene purposes and the nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges or store credit for bottoms or bodysuits/teddies unless deemed faulty.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or for an incorrect selection of size. However we do want you to love your items! Provided the item/s meet the return criteria, we are happy to offer you a store credit (less the cost of shipping) valid for 12 months.
Please note we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Store credit is valid for 12 months which can be used online only. Gift vouchers are also non-returnable.
- Item/s must have original tags still attached
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused
- Item/s must be unstained and unperfumed
- Item/s must be in its original packaging
- Item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted/received after this timeframe may be denied.
- Item/s are not bottoms or a bodysuit/teddy
If the item for exchange does not fulfil the above criteria (for example, tag cut off), the item will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
We do not offer exchanges as due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee that the item/s will be in stock when we receive your return. Store credit will automatically be issued for any returns (less the cost of shipping) which you can use to purchase a different size or style online. Store credit is valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges when returning their item/s, unless the item is deemed to be faulty. When you lodge your return through the returns portal, you will be directed to pay for your return label, which can then be printed off. Please take your parcel to your nearest postal drop off location and allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
Cloud Blvd is not responsible for any lost or damaged items for returns during transit.
Shipping/handling fees and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
