Depending on the country, your order may be subject to import duties & taxes, which are applied  when the delivery reaches its destination outside of Australia. Please note that we have no control  over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties & taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information so you  are aware of exact charges that could potentially be incurred. ​Cloud Blvd. does not provide refunds  to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.   

Shipping time frames listed above also do not include customs processing delays which we are  unable to control. 

To ensure maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such. Please also note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive the notification. 

Orders are only processed on business days (Monday-Friday) and are shipped within 24 hours of  placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays (applies to some  international orders) which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days  do not include weekends or national public holidays. Above delivery times can change depending  on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of either Australia Post or DHL. Cloud  Blvd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If your parcel does  not reach you within our delivery time, we will do our best to track and find your parcel for you.  Contact us at online@cloudblvd.com.au if you experience any delays. 

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no  responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address. 

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you  are creating an account, please email online@cloudblvd.com.au with your full shipping address and  contact phone number ​before ​you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or DHL, Cloud Blvd.  will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address  must be made directly with Cloud Blvd prior to your order being shipped. 

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. 

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and ​do not​ include local taxes and import/custom  duties for international orders.
