Expert Styling Advice: Every bride is unique! Our friendly and knowledgeable team will be on hand to offer personalised styling advice, ensuring you find the perfect pieces that reflect your unique style and preferences.

Deposit: To reserve your Bridal Appointment, we kindly ask for a $50 deposit. This amount is fully redeemable on any purchases over $200 during your visit and you're welcome to use this on yourself or as a way to treat your guest. 

Bookings: Upon booking, you’ll be asked to complete a brief questionnaire, allowing us to tailor our assistance to your needs on the day. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately and a reminder a few days before your appointment. Should you need any assistance or wish to reschedule, simply reply to the email.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or store credit for your deposit. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show, we will provide store credit as a courtesy.
