🎁 Entry Ticket - $500 Gift Voucher Giveaway

A maximum of one entry is available for each listed Instagram action and one for newsletter sign-up. Additional comments, tags, shares or duplicate subscriptions do not create additional entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

These terms clarify the promotion as launched and extend the winner's claim period. No valid entry earned before this update is removed or reduced.

1. Promoter and promotion

The promoter is Cloud Blvd Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 79 667 509 435; ACN 667 509 435), trading as Cloud Blvd (the Promoter), Shop 14, Lower Ground 2, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. Email: info@cloudblvd.com.au. Phone: (02) 9418 8478.

These terms apply to the Cloud Blvd Spring Collection Giveaway (the Competition). Entry is free, although an entrant may choose a purchase-based entry method and must pay the normal retail price for that purchase.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in conducting the Competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Immediate family means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling.

By entering, an entrant accepts these terms. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, residency, identity or entry validity before awarding the Prize.

3. Entry Period

The Competition opens at 12:00 am Sydney time on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Sydney time on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 (the Entry Period). An entry must be received or capable of verification by the Promoter during the Entry Period.

4. How to enter

Entrants may use any one or more of the entry methods listed in the How To Enter section above. The entry limits and purchase-tier rules in that section form part of these terms.

Entries that are automated, submitted using multiple or false identities, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or otherwise inconsistent with these terms may be rejected. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process or attempts to obtain entries dishonestly, after considering the circumstances fairly.

5. Newsletter entry and marketing consent

By selecting newsletter sign-up as an entry method and submitting a valid email address, an entrant requests subscription to Cloud Blvd promotional emails and consents to receive them. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Unsubscribing does not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. Entry by another method does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing.

6. Draw

The draw will take place at 12:00 pm Sydney time on Thursday, 1 October 2026 at the Promoter's address stated in section 1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an electronic random-number generator. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. Entrants do not need to be present.

7. Prize

The first valid entry selected wins one Cloud Blvd gift voucher valued at $500 AUD (the Prize). The Prize may be used at the Cloud Blvd Sydney boutique or online at cloudblvd.com.au, is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable except with the Promoter's written approval. It may be used across multiple transactions until its balance is exhausted. No post-supply or inactivity fee applies.

The Prize will be valid for three years from its date of issue. The issue date and expiry date will be displayed on or supplied with the voucher. The Prize is subject to Cloud Blvd's ordinary gift-card terms to the extent those terms do not conflict with these Competition terms or applicable law.

8. Winner notification and publication

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner by 5:00 pm Sydney time on 1 October 2026 through the channel associated with the selected entry, including Instagram direct message, email or telephone where available.

The result will be published on this giveaway page for at least 30 days and may also be announced through an Instagram story or post on @cloudblvd. To identify the winner while limiting disclosure, the Promoter will ordinarily publish the winner's first initial, surname and postcode, or the winning Instagram handle with the winner's consent.

9. Claim and redraw

The provisional winner must claim the Prize by responding to the Promoter's notification or messaging @cloudblvd and completing any reasonable eligibility verification by 5:00 pm Sydney time on Monday, 4 January 2027. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner during this period.

If the Prize remains unclaimed or the provisional winner is ineligible after that time, a redraw will take place at 12:00 pm Sydney time on Tuesday, 5 January 2027 at the Promoter's address, using the same random method. The replacement winner will be notified by 5:00 pm that day and the updated result will be published in the same manner described in section 8.

10. Privacy collection notice

The Promoter collects entry information, which may include an entrant's name, contact details, social-media handle and actions, newsletter sign-up, order number and Eligible Spend, entry count, age and residency confirmation, and claim details. It collects this information directly from entrants and through Shopify, the Cloud Blvd Website, in-store systems, Instagram/Meta and service providers.

The information is used to administer and audit the Competition, verify and count entries, conduct the draw, contact and verify the winner, publish the result, deliver the Prize, conduct any redraw, resolve disputes and meet legal recordkeeping obligations. If required information is not provided, the Promoter may be unable to validate an entry or award the Prize.

Information may be disclosed to ecommerce, point-of-sale, marketing, social-media, IT and professional-service providers, and to regulators where required. Some providers process information in Canada or the United States. Competition records may be kept for at least two years after the draw where required by law. A tagged friend's handle is used only to validate the relevant entry and is not added to Cloud Blvd's marketing list.

11. Social-media disclaimer

The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Meta, except to the extent the platform separately collects information under its own terms. By entering through Instagram, entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms and, to the extent permitted by law, release Instagram and Meta from liability arising from the Competition.

12. Changes, disruption and cancellation

If an event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affects the integrity or lawful conduct of the Competition, the Promoter may take reasonably necessary steps to suspend, modify, postpone or cancel it, subject to applicable law. The Promoter will not materially disadvantage entrants unless reasonably necessary and permitted by law, and will publish any material change on this page and, where practicable, notify affected entrants.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Subject to that limitation, the Promoter is not liable for loss caused by a third-party platform outage, communications failure, unlawful third-party interference or another event beyond its reasonable control, except to the extent the loss was caused or contributed to by the Promoter's negligence or breach of law.

14. General

• The Promoter will conduct the Competition fairly and in accordance with applicable Australian trade-promotion laws.
• The Promoter's decisions are final, subject to any rights an entrant has under applicable law.
• If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
• These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, subject to any mandatory laws of the state or territory in which an entrant resides.
• The Promoter will keep sufficient records of entries, the draw, publication and award of the Prize for at least two years after the draw.
