Yes. Cloud Club is available to Australian members shopping online for delivery within Australia and at our QVB boutique.

Use the same email address each time you shop. In store, let our team know you’re a member before completing your purchase.

"},{"title":"HOW IS THE MINIMUM SPEND CALCULATED?","content":"

Your minimum spend is based on eligible products after any existing price reductions, but before your Cloud Club reward is applied. Shipping, gift cards and additional fees do not count towards the minimum.

For example, your $25 reward requires at least $175 of eligible products. After applying the reward, those products will cost $150, plus any delivery charges.

You can use one Cloud Club reward per order. It cannot be combined with WELCOME10, another Cloud Club reward or another product or order discount code.

Choose the offer that works best for your purchase. You’ll still earn points on eligible product spending after discounts.

Add your birthday to your rewards account at least 30 days before the date to receive 200 birthday points that year. If you add it later, your birthday benefit will ordinarily begin the following year.

Birthday points are added to your balance and can be redeemed like your other points. They are not an automatically issued discount voucher. Birthday points are available once every 365 days.

Receive 150 bonus points when you complete your second qualifying purchase, in addition to the regular points earned on that purchase.

The bonus is available once per member. Previous qualifying purchases count, so moving to our updated rewards program does not restart your purchase history. Purchases completed before the bonus launched do not receive a retrospective award.

Gift-card-only orders, cancelled orders and free replacements do not qualify.

Yes. Your Cloud Club points expire 12 months after you earn them. Points earned on different dates will expire separately, so remember to redeem them before their expiry date.

Our updated program preserves the reward value of legitimately earned existing points. Previously issued rewards retain the conditions that applied when they were issued.

Use the email address associated with your original account. If your balance looks incorrect or an earlier reward is missing, contact us before creating another account so we can review it.

It can. Free-shipping eligibility is based on your order value after discounts, so using a reward may take your order below the qualifying threshold.

Any delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

Points earned on returned products are removed from your balance.

If you used a reward, the points associated with the returned products are restored. For a partial return, this is calculated using the discount allocated to those items. The reward discount itself is not refunded as cash.

Our usual returns policy, including applicable hygiene exclusions, still applies. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
